Floral Jacket

I know we are only in February, but I am already thinking of warmer weather. Since we have a little while until we get there it is time to work some color into your outfit. In this outfit I have decided to mix up a typical business casual look with a floral blazer. This silky number will definitely help hold you over until spring. If flowers arenโ€™t your thing, play around with bright colors, patterns, or both. Pair with a neutral top and jeans for the casual part of the outfit.

At times you just want to be comfortable. A solid color top with pants that can be dressed up or dressed down is a great place to start! The white tank top with these loose blue pants is my way to look nice while staying semi cool in the summer heat that is yet to come. Add a fun hat to the look and you will stand out from the rest!

I am determined to keep moving forward with spring despite the snow that just hit New England. Lucky for me it melted just in time for this weekโ€™s blog post! My outfit shows exactly where I am in the season.

With one foot in spring, I tried to use the colors that I am excited to start seeing once things start to blossom and bloom! The other foot is still unfortunately in winter, and I still need to have a layered ensemble.

I love to have contrasting shapes in my outfits and thus, the round glasses were a great match with the straight lines in the coat.

February 14th is fast approaching and I have been paying around with what to wear on my hot date with my Boyfriend (a.k.a my photographer).

I donโ€™t own a lot of pink or red, which are typical Valentines Day colors. I decided to go with a white dress and black shoes and highlight Valentines Day with colored accessories. My pink and gold earrings with a magenta sweater add the perfect amount of color without going overboard

Neutral colors are something I donโ€™t wear enough of. To challenge myself I decided to create a full outfit out of neutral colors. I paired a beige coat with a white top, black pant, black flats and a grey scarf. I added a hint of peach color to the lips.

New Years Eve

Sparkles and black dresses are New Years Eve staples. I typically go for the latter, however, I decided to try something new this year. Using a fun pattern, accent color or choosing an outfit that has an interesting neckline can spice up your New Years look. Paring the darker colored dress with fun colored tights can have you stand out this New Years just as much as if your wore sparkles.

Green Flannel & Black Skirt

Flannel has definitely been making a come back these past few years. I recently gave into the trend and bought a green plaid collared shirt. Just my luck this purchase has already paid off. I have been able to wear it to seasonal gatherings at work or with friends. Pairing it with a skirt makes the top just fancy enough to wear to a holiday party.
